Anita May Arnold, age 87, of Jasper, Georgia was called home on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 to be with her Lord Jesus. Anita was born in St. Louis, MO on May 23, 1934 to Paul and Viola Brown. She is survived by her husband Edwin Arnold, of Jasper, GA (formerly of Edwards, IL); daughter Julie Harrington, of Edwards, IL; son Jim Arnold and his wife Robin, of Brimfield, IL; daughter Cathy Aubley and her husband George of Jasper, GA; grandchildren Paul Harrington, Emily Aubley, Matthew Aubley, Cody Arnold; brother Kenneth Brown and his wife Marijean, of Marietta, GA. Anita is preceded in death by her parents and brother Paul Leon Brown. Anita was a seamstress and homemaker. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, friendly character and the delicious pies she was famous for at the Brimfield Old Settler Days. Anita never met a stranger.
