Art Oviedo

Art Oviedo, born Feb. 10, 1951 & passed away on Jan. 3, 2022, is a Marine & a staple in the Off-Road Community for decades. From building insane show trucks & Jeeps, to Baja racing in Moab. Art ended up in Georgia in the late 80’s. Working for many years in the wheel & tire industry. When he retired, he landed at the Jeephut, in Jasper, Georgia. Doing what he loved, helping people build their dream 4 wheel drives. He became close friends with so many of his customers and was family to his co-workers. However, most importantly, he adored his sweetheart Becky. His love for her was always evident and unconditional. Art is the kind of person that truly left an impression on your life if you knew him.
A Celebration of Life is planned for February 10 @ 7:00 at Rock Solid Brewery in Ball Ground, Ga.
