Cynthia Joan Lloyd was born June 19, 1959 in Amityville, New York to Father Thomas Lloyd and Mother Jean Dorothy Lipiac. Ms. Lloyd resided in Talking Rock , Georgia and passed April 25, 2020 at Piedmont Mountainside. Ms. Lloyd is survived by her Best Friend Mr. Chris Eaton.
