Earl "Jack" Rich

Earl "Jack" Rich passed away peacefully at his home in Calhoun, Ga. May 27th. Other than his love for Inspirational preaching and the Western Channel, his greatest love was his Son, Sam, and his three grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Earl is preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Lois and Benjamin Rich; sisters, Estelle Dobbins, Betty Mines and Sue Butterworth; brother, Harry Rich; grandson, EJ Rich; and granddaughter, Jamie Baird.

Jack leaves behind the loving legacy of his son and daughter-in-law, Samuel Rich Sr and Patty Rich of Calhoun, Ga; his grandchildren, Trish Rich Blodgett (Chris), Samuel Rich Jr. (Aundria), Christian Rich (Stephen); his 13 great-grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan, Nehemiah, Nikoli, Andrew, Kayley, Nevaeh, Sj, Ashlyn, Zaiden, Samuel III, Xavier and Leora. His great-grandchildrn brought him more joy than anything else in his life.

At Jack's request, the family will hold a Celebration of Life and dinner in honor of the joy that Jack brought every day of his 86 years to his friends and his family. His kids and 3 grandkids intend to fulfill his last wish to give his great grandkids fond memories every time they think of him. A Celebration Service and dinner will be held on June 15th at Fields Landing in Canton, Ga at 1pm.  Samuel Rich Jr will be in charge of the service. Please contact him with any questions.
