James Parker Bennett, age 67, of Canton, GA passed away Wednesday September 8, 2021. Mr. Bennett loved cooking, children and his church “Church of the Messiah” in Hickory Flat, GA. James is preceded in death by his brother Steve Bennett and his sister-in-law Margie Bennett. He is survived by his wife Dorothy “Dottie” Bennett; Children: James “Jay” and Michele Bennett of Waleska, GA; Paul and Leah Bennett of Canton, GA; Matthew Bennett of Tampa, FL; daughter-in-law Louise Bennett of Cumming, GA. Brothers; Dan Bennett of Fort Meyers, FL; Bob and Teresa Bennett of Boston, MA; Kevin and Mishelle Bennett of Seattle, WA; Sisters all of Boston; Tilly and Paul Sisson; Phyllis Bennett; Rita Bennett; Irene and George Schram; Margie and Mark Henderson; Sister-in-law Mary Bennett. Grandchildren: Kimberly Bennett, Sarah Bennett, Devon Bennett, Alyssa Bennett, Sean Languelle, Xavier Bennett, Gabe Bennett, Victoria Young, Ella Bennett and great granddaughter Laia Stinnet.
