Jeff Bennett

Jeff Bennett, age 32, of Johns Creek, Georgia passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2021. Jeff grew up in Dacula GA. He graduated from Mill Creek High School, and was a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a BA in Information Security and Assurance. Jeff worked as a Sr Analyst in the IT Advisory Services practices for EY in Alpharetta, GA. Jeff’s love of sports and all things moving included playing baseball, basketball, running, swimming, football and games of golf with his extended family of teammates, “brothers.” He loved Braves baseball. His super power was to make you laugh and also comfort you. He is survived by parents Dan and Kathie Bennett, of Jasper, Georgia (Big Canoe Community);brother Paul Bennett and wife Kelley, of Chamblee, Georgia; paternal grandmother Lola Bennett, of Johns Creek, Georgia; paternal aunt Patricia Buice and husband Rymon, Johns Creek, Georgia; maternal aunt Holly Harmon, of Housatonic, Massachusetts; nephews Jack Bennett, Finn Bennett; cousins Lawanna Burgess and husband Dave, of Johns Creek, Georgia; Sabrina McDowell and husband Scott, of Pendergrass, Georgia; loyal companion Yogi. Jeff is preceded in death by paternal grandfather Rev. Glyndon Bennett; maternal grandparents Rhea Ann Harmon; Gilbert Martin Harmon.
