Katherine Lynn Boyd

'Katherine Lynn Boyd was born April 28th 1959 in Tate, Georgia and passed June 3rd 2020 at her sister's home surrounded by loved ones and laughter just as she had lived. Kathy always had a kind word, enough time to help, and a joy for life that ensured she never met a stranger. Kathy never passed up a good life experience or thrift store or an opportunity to share her faith and good works. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Eva and Mack Martin and her brother Randy (Karen) Martin. She is survived by her husband, John Edward Boyd, one daughter, Brandy (Scott) Mann, 2 brothers, Mike (Betty Sue) Martin, Frank (Barbara) Martin, and 1 sister, Gina (Jeff) Payne. She has several loving nieces and nephews that enriched her days throughout and which she loved very much. Family has requested a private service but once gathering restrictions are over a celebration of life will follow. Rest in peace, Mom.'
