Marcus Millwood, age 71 of Chatsworth, Georgia passed away at Redmond Hospital of Rome.
Marcus is survived by daughter: Mary Lynn Millwood of Chatsworth, GA; son and daughter-in-law: Darrell and Mary Millwood of Calhoun, GA; sisters: Hazel, Maryalice and Barbara (Johnny); 7 grandchildren: Marcus McCoy, Tony McCoy, Leighann (Justin), Zach (Kara), Britney (Damien), Darrell and Donovan; 9 great-grandchildren: Anthony, Brantley, Dixie, Kylie, Ryder, Lili, Mercy, Hardin and Marvick (soon) along with several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Claudette; daughter: Lisa McCoy; granddaughter: Kayla; father and mother: Alfred and Jessie; sisters: Louise, Idea Mea, Annie Sue; brothers: Bill, Charles, JT, Tommy and Harold.
He will be lovingly remembered and sorely missed.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023 from 3PM-9PM with the 3PM-4PM hour for immediate family only and Wednesday, May 24th, 2023 from 11AM until the funeral service at 2PM in the chapel of In Their Honor of Jasper Funerals and Cremations. Procession will promptly follow after the service for interment at Cherokee Memorial Park.
Pallbearers: Dewayne Reddin, Kevin Reddin, Timothy Reddin, Jason Reddin, Otis Anderson and Damien Newman.
Honorary Pallbearers: Justin Ward and Zachary Millwood.
The family will accept flowers.
