Mark Schmaus, age 71 of Ellijay, Georgia passed away Thursday, April 8, 2021. Mr. Schmaus is survived by his wife of 27 years Lil Schmaus; children Tony Schmaus and wife Shannon, of Howell, Michigan; Rich Schmaus and wife Nicky, of Whitmore Lake, Michigan; Melissa Cuschieri and husband Mario, of Plymouth, Michigan; Ryan Schmaus and wife Lisa, of Dexter, Michigan; grandchildren Delynn Cyper and husband, Au Gres, Michigan; Lana Spencer and husband Rick, of Whitmore, Michigan.; many great grandchildren also survive. Mr. Schmaus was a United States Army Veteran, a member of DAV Pickens County Chapter 47, retired from Ford Motor Company, loved fishing hunting and trips to the casino.
