Shane King, age 50, of Ellijay, Georgia passed away suddenly at Kennestone Hospital on January 26th, 2023.
Shane is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Davina King of Ellijay, Georgia; his children: Colby, Zeta and Paxton King; his sister, Karon Cummings of Talking Rock, Georgia; his brothers: Van King of Talking Rock, Georgia; Stacey King of Ranger, Georgia; Franklin King of Jasper, Georgia; Dean King of Jasper, Georgia; Dwight King of Canton, Georgia and James King of Canton, Georgia along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
Shane is preceded in death by his father, Jessie Willard King; his mother, Lillian Wright King; his sisters: Carolyn and Annette King along with his brothers: Roger, Stanley and Jeff King.
Shane was a carpenter and enjoyed being outdoors. He loved music, his family and Jesus.
He will be lovingly remembered and sorely missed.
Visitation will be held from 11AM to 4PM with a service starting promptly at 4PM in the chapel of In Their Honor of Jasper on Saturday, January 28th, 2023.
