Wanda Sue Mcguirt

Wanda Sue Mcguirt was born on July 28,1958 in Cartersville GA at Howell - Quillia hospital. She was the 4th child born to Annie Lee Thomas and Robert T. Hallman.

In her earlier years Wanda married Johnny Bailey and from that marriage was born, James Waylon Bailey and Marshal Lee Bailey.

Wanda was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. She took her membership with the VFW very seriously and made a point to be involved as much as she could. Wanda was a Christian woman that believed in GOD and the unconditional love that he stands for.

Later in her life, years after her divorce from her first marriage, Wanda re-married her life long best friend Ricky Mcguirt on October 4, 2000. Wanda and Rickey first met in second grade.

Wanda was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and aunt throughout her life. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She loved the ocean and the peace it brought. Wanda was called to eternal rest on Oct 13th, 2020. She will be missed by all who knew her. Wanda leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband, Ricky; son James and Marshall; brother, Jerry and John; many nieces and nephews; grand children, and a host of beloved relatives and friends.

The family has planned a memorial service for Saturday October 24th at 1p.m. The service will start at 1p.m. and visitation with the family will follow until 3p.m. In Their Honor of Jasper is located at 481 Noah Drive, Jasper, Ga.
