Wayne Skaggs, age 80, of Talking Rock, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022. A celebration of life memorial service will be 2:30PM, Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Ellijay Seventh-day Adventist Church. The family will receive friends 30 minutes before the service. Mr. Skaggs a lover of sharing Jesus, gardening, and photography is survived by his wife of 35 years Deborah Skaggs; daughter Renee Ramsey and her husband Michael, of Springfield, Tennessee; daughter Pamela Anderson and her husband Gerald, of Talking Rock, Georgia; daughter Deborah Orr, of Cumming, Georgia; son Jeffrey Skaggs and wife Erin, of Talking Rock, Georgia; daughter Liz Smith, of Talking Rock, Georgia; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; extended family and friends also survive.
